You won’t be able to see the items if they were not migrated from Studio to Mobile App Builder. In short, if Studio is not available or the migration hasn’t been done, you may lose your data. Going forward, Mobile App Builder is the only option to start with, buddy.

You can use the Mobile App Builder, which is available through the plugin.

Navigate to System Applications → Plugins in ServiceNow.

Search for Mobile App Builder.

Install or activate the plugin if it’s not already enabled.

Once activated, you can start building mobile apps using the builder.

Starting with the Vancouver release, Mobile Studio is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support Knowledge Base.
