One user received approval notification via teams usually it goes by outlook notification not teams. Sharing what user said:
User:
I'm receiving via ServiceNow bot some notifications in teams. Seems to be related with standard changes. I have other received other notifications of approval requests via email that I haven't gotten via teams.
Can you clarify what's happening? Do we need to communicate anything to servicedesk?
Notification’s apparently stopped during the same day I reported it or the day after. Not sure.
I've checked the business rules are there which trigger it when state is requested but that happend on that day with user after that it stopped. Im stuck with why did that thing happen.. I have checked mail logs but no evidence.
Anyone has any clue on it please provide. What i can check or anyone came accross this kind of scenaios?
