Unable to Cancel Onsite Exam and Schedule Online Exam

I have scheduled my ServiceNow certification exam at a test center. Due to personal reasons, I would like to cancel the onsite exam and register for the online proctored exam instead.
Could you please assist me with cancelling my current exam and allow me to reschedule it as an online exam?

Hi @test200,

nobody here will be able to help you, create a case at the SN University (on the right side) and request a change. However there are some limits until when it's possible 24/72 hours prior to the exam.

EDIT: as found by @Shashank_Jain, switching between onsite proctored exam and test centre isn't allowed. You can only postpone the exam date if it is not too early before the start and if it is not after the 90 days after registration...

Hi @test200 ,

As per my knowledge, Once you scheduled an offline exam, while rescheduling you can't opt for online exam now.

If you are not able to reach testing center as of scheduled date, all you can do is reschedule and opt for different date.
