PDI is not waking up

Hello, 

I have a problem with my PDI (https://dev206506.service-now.com/). Its not waking up even tho ive tried a few times to wake it. The last time i used it was yesterday...so it cant be reclaimed right? Does anyone else experiencing this right now ??? What can i do to solve this because the report button leads me to nowhere.  

Any reply is greatly appreciated.

Hi @IrdinaNajwB ,

This has been a common isue going for past 2 months now, but unfortunately you cannot do anything apart from releasing the instance and request for a new one what i did.

There is no PDI support from ServiceNow.

OR you can wait to get it fixed automatically.

When you say it will be automatically fixed, does that mean I don’t need to take any further action and just wait? Or is there a place where I should report the issue?

You cannot report about this problem anywhere. So when i say wait, means no actions from your end , just wait 😊
