Problem save filed in records

Hello,

 

In the table rm_story, I have a field u_itsf and u_servicenow, when I change them and save or update we cannot see the changes. I don't know why, could you help me please ?

Hi @aymane,

 

May i know why multiple check boxes offered rather dropdown would be a great option to go for.

1. Check history if the update is captured.

2. check if any client scirpt or ui policy is in place.

3. try to relogin and try. or see if any error thrown during update.

No I don't capture history:

And I don't have any Client Script or Ui policy affecting those fields.

Did you check if the value is true in the XML of that record?

if yes it means it's getting saved but some client script or UI policy is clearing it
