I created a response template, but it is showing backend values but i need the frontend (display) values. What should be done to show the frontend values?

it worked fine for me
Seems somebody did some config changes to that choice list for State for incident table

Some glitch happened earlier so it doesn't work for that record. It is working for all other records.
