Query on response template

I created a response template, but it is showing backend values but i need the frontend (display) values. What should be done to show the frontend values?

Seems somebody did some config changes to that choice list for State for incident table

Is it still open? please check something might have changed with the state value or label. Please check that.

Some glitch happened earlier so it doesn't work for that record. It is working for all other records.
