I have a query related to CSA exam voucher. I have completed Associate system admin  e-learning but i have not received voucher.

that is correct behaviour. There's been a switch between exam platforms, the legacy Webassessor has been replaced by PearsonVUE, it took effect on 18th November 2025. And with that, no vouchers are issued.

So after that date, it's not possible to get any vouchers anymore.

To register for an exam you needed to pay - voucher or not - and after you are registered you can schedule your exam, it must be before 90 days after you registered.

The registration for CSA costs 300 USD + taxes, however if you are a resident of India, there's 50 % promo code "NASCOMCSA", valid until the end of this year...

Hi @JittenM 

The concept of vouchers is now outdated. From 17th November onwards, ServiceNow changed the exam provider to Pearson VUE, and there is no longer a need to obtain a voucher. Once you complete the training, you simply need to register for the exam, and you must appear for it within 90 days. To do this, log back into Now Learning, go to My Exams at the top, and you will see the option to register for the exam.
