Regarding the form header in security incident record

we want to remove create outage and calculate severity  from the security incident form header like in the picture below but we were not getting the result as expected  Please provide any solution for this -TIA

What exactly have you done so far? You mentioned it's not working — did you try using cache.do?

we have checked it in ui builder to remove that but it is not working , is there any other solution ?

Hi @Siva_Prasad ,

 

for that you need to check few points-

1. Deactivate the UI Actions 0r uncheck the workspace button as shown in the below screenshot example-

2. Go to now experience framework- Declarative actions- form actions  and open your record

and deactivate it.

 

 Refresh your browser and clear cache and reopen the form or workspace form and verify it.

sys_declarative_action_assignment.LIST go to this declarative actions list view, search for create outage, open the record, and just make it Inactive
