we want to remove create outage and calculate severity from the security incident form header like in the picture below but we were not getting the result as expected Please provide any solution for this -TIA

sys_declarative_action_assignment.LIST go to this declarative actions list view, search for create outage, open the record, and just make it Inactive

those are form actions stored in "sys_declarative_action_assignment" table
Search with your table and deactivate those

Search with your table and deactivate those

Go to sys_declarative_action_assignment.LIST from Application Navigator and look for action label specific to the Security Incident Response table
If you are actioning upon Global record, use Action Exclusions instead of disabling the action assignment
