i gave reset and wipe instance . now the studio and everything got deleted . what to do?

There was no need to reset the instance — you just needed to change the user.
Now, please log back into your PDI,

Go to Plugins

Search for AES plugin
-
Install it.

why did you wipe that? If the Studio is not present, either release the current instance and request a brand new one.
