Servicenow admin - Guidance needed

Hi everyone, 

I am new to ServiceNow and would like to understand the role of a ServiceNow Admin , including the responsibilities and overall work process. Could anyone please provide a brief explanation and share the steps or learning path involved in becoming a ServiceNow Admnistrator?

Any guidance , resources, or suggestions for beginners would be greatly appreciated.

To get started with ServiceNow, it's important to understand that the platform is becoming increasingly broad and feature-rich. A good starting point for everyone is the CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.

After completing CSA, the System Administration path is typically the best next step. ServiceNow also provides dedicated learning journeys and training paths that help you progress in a structured way based on your role and career goals.
