ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals LabX Task Validation Issue

Hi All

I had enrolled in ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals LabX course to practice SNOW Administration and improve my hands on skills. The first task was to create 2 users with given details, its been completed and validated, everything is good but i am unable to move to next task in the module, it still shows locked and the displays to complete the previous task

Logout and login again using incognito/InPrivate browser. 

It should work. I have also faced this issue in lab instances multiple times.

It is probably cache issue, try logging out and back in. Clear browser cache.

If it still persists, raise a Now Learning Case from More > Help Center.

First thing, mate, it is not SNOW — it is ServiceNow.

Secondly, you used it only for one week and then stopped using it for a long time, so there is a possibility that the account may have been locked or become inactive.

The best option is to check first. If it is still not working, please raise a case with the Now Learning team through the Help Center. They will be able to check your account status and help you resolve the issue.
