ServiceNow studio is not showing after installation

Hey guys,

 

I have installed the ServiceNow studio into my PDI. Installation was successful and all good but I still don't see any ServiceNow Studio application menu in the navigation? I logged out and logged in again and still same. I am checking again after 12 hours of installation and still the same issue? Am I missing something?

Thanks @Simon Christens I don't see ServiceNow studio. I only see Studio. So something is gone wrong. Funny thing is I can't uninstall or repair this plugin either.

 

What a bad start of ServiceNow studio!!

@Rahman3 Did you logout and login again after the plugin installation. Options in the the filter navigator only refreshes after a fresh login.

Try to repair the plugin once and cache.do

The application scope name for ServiceNow Studio is sn_sns. Looks like you aren't using the new Application Manager. In that case the application record URI is /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_store_app.do?sys_id=38d42e26f06b4d72f1c7ceee505e96f5

New Application Manager URI is /now/app-manager/home/app/id/38d42e26f06b4d72f1c7ceee505e96f5

 

ServiceNow Studio URI is /now/servicenow-studio/home

None of those links work for me. It is getting even worse. I upgraded my 2nd PDI to Xanadu and ServiceNow studio is NOT available as plugin install.

 

What is going on??
