ServiceNow studio is not showing after installation

Hey guys,

 

I have installed the ServiceNow studio into my PDI. Installation was successful and all good but I still don't see any ServiceNow Studio application menu in the navigation? I logged out and logged in again and still same. I am checking again after 12 hours of installation and still the same issue? Am I missing something?

Hi Rahman,

 

Just to check if you are doing it on Xanadu Patch 3 as it is compatible for that.

We have ServiceNow studio installed on an instance that is glide-xanadu-07-02-2024__patch1-hotfix3b-11-14-2024
I.E not Patch 3.

Ware experiencing the same thing. That ServiceNow studio does not show up in the left hand side menu or that any of the abovementioned URIs work. They don't.

You need to be on Patch 3 as minimum, please update your instance to Patch 3
