ServiceNow Studio not opening from PDI instance in Australia release

Dear TEam,

 

Am trying to create a new application via System Applications > My company applications. When I create new the page is not opening

Hi @ShereenF 

 

Navigate to sys_plugin.list

Find "App Customizations" (com.glide.app_customization) plugin

Install/repair.

 

Logout and login in incognito browser and test it.

1. Check Studio Plugin
Navigate to: System Applications → All Available Applications → All
Search for Studio
Make sure it is Installed and Active

2. Try Direct URL
Sometimes navigation fails, try opening Studio directly:
https://<your-instance>.service-now.com/studio.do

3. Clear Cache & Reload
Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Hard reload)

Hi @ShereenF,

 

Studio may not open due to plugin glitches, missing roles, or UI issues.
Make sure the Studio plugin is active and you have the admin role.
Try opening it directly using $studio. do to rule out UI problems.
If it still doesn’t work, it’s likely a PDI issue and may need a refresh/restart.

 

I suggest before you move to the latest plugin, do more exploration and practice on previous version(s); this will give you more understanding when you upgrade your plugin to the latest.
