- most of the content is free, but something - absolute minority - is paid,
- Enrol to Welcome to ServiceNow training and complete it then get your first cert 🏆(but hey I must warn you it’s addictive!)

- Usually, the very first mainline certificate to take is Certified System Administrator (CSA), a must for pretty much any role in the whole ServiceNow ecosystem.

Create account on Servicenow University and go through Welcome to Servcienow Course+ Welcome to servicenow Micro certification- There you will get many labs for hands on. Then go through Servicenow Admin fundamentals training- here as well you will find many labs for hand on practice.. All these are real time scenarios only.

Real-time” is a very broad term, and I’m not sure who can provide a complete real-time scenario. But based on my learning, experience as a trainer, and practical exposure, I can say that the community is the best place to learn about real-time scenarios.
It can be challenging to differentiate what falls under admin tasks versus product-level tasks. However, if you spend even 1–2 hours daily on the community—answering questions, reading others’ replies, and following experienced members—you can learn a lot in a short time.
I’ve done this practically, so you can take my advice and start spending time on the community. You can also use PDI to build and practice those scenarios.
