ServiceNow University lab terminated before I could use it

I’m stuck in the Welcome to ServiceNow course at 42% on the “Next Experience, navigation, and access” task.

 

My lab instance shows TERMINATED, Request Lab Instance is disabled, and I have 0 instances remaining.

 

I never got into the actual lab environment to complete the exercise, so this was not due to me finishing the lab.

 

I tried the standard support route, but my personal ServiceNow University login is not authorized for Now Support.

 

Can a moderator direct me to the correct ServiceNow University / training support path to reset my lab allocation?

Once a lab instance is marked as Terminated it cannot be restored or reactivated, and all associated data and configurations are permanently lost.

To continue, you’ll need to request a new lab instance and proceed with your course using the new one.

 

For other course where you have requested the lab instance and not started course - Release that lab instance  .

NOTE: Lab instances are limited to 2 running instances per student.
