State not updating in Service Portal

Hi

I have an issue, State of submission is not updating in the service portal. I have ensured that my flow designer requested item table state has to update. 


Kindly assist.

Hi @Tashfique Could you please provide the screenshot where you r setting the RITM Values.

 

Unfortunately unable to share the screenshot. But I believe the state is from the REQ or RITM table and not the Task table. 

Also saw there's a requested state, stage, and state in the REQ table maybe it's those.

is it not reflecting for other catalog items also?
