State not updating in Service Portal

Hi

I have an issue, State of submission is not updating in the service portal. I have ensured that my flow designer requested item table state has to update. 


Kindly assist.

@THDR state field of RITM is directly mapped to SP state. Please make sure you r targeting the right field in RITM.
