Work Notes and comments are not showing in activity

Hello Team,

 

I have created a Custom table on custom application and added work notes and additional comments, Now added them to form with Activity formatter. But I am not able to see the Post button and I am not able to add the fields to activity filter as "Configure fields" option is not visible. I have created sys_property with table added the fields as well but still no luck.

As it is a custom table so looks like ACL or BR blocking it. Are you in the right view with the right access?

It should show for admins at least.

Your field type is Journal then Post button should show.

How do I get the post button assigned to work notes 

If it's not showing for some users then check field level read/write ACLs

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

I am the admin and I have added field type as Journal input but still not able to see the Post Button and "Configure Available fields" link on activity filter. I have followed all the steps mention in the post you suggested.
