CPQ Certification

I've been through what appears to be most of the material on CPQ/Logik available in the training community. I'm wondering if there's a certification path or deeper dive training available or being planned.  I'm from old school BigMachines quoting and would love to dig as deeply as possible in the new ServiceNow CPQ.

Currently, there is no dedicated ServiceNow CPQ certification available. Training resources exist through ServiceNow University and Logik.io webinars, but the certification path is still under discussion in the ServiceNow community.

Regarding CPQ what available in market:

• ServiceNow University: Offers general training and certification paths across ServiceNow products. CPQ is not yet a standalone certification, but you can build foundational knowledge through Sales & Order Management (SOM) courses.
• Logik.io Webinars & Crash Courses: Logik.io provides webinars and crash courses that dive into CPQ workflows, configuration optimization, and advanced use cases.
• Community Discussions: Professionals have raised the same question you did — whether a CPQ certification is coming. As of now, ServiceNow has not announced an official CPQ certification track.

What You Can Do Now

1. Take SOM/Order Management courses on ServiceNow University — these cover CPQ fundamentals indirectly.
2. Join Logik.io webinars to understand advanced use cases and integrations.
3. Engage in ServiceNow Community threads (like the CPQ certification discussion) to stay updated on announcements.
4. Experiment in a PDI (Personal Developer Instance) with CPQ/Logik modules to build hands‑on expertise.
5. Document reusable frameworks (pricing rules, product bundles, approval flows) — this positions you as a thought leader when certification does launch

Given ServiceNow’s push into Sales & Order Management and the acquisition of Logik.io, it’s highly probable that a formal CPQ certification path will be introduced in the near future. For now, the best strategy is to build expertise through SOM training, webinars, and hands‑on practice, so you’re ahead of the curve when certification becomes official
