Enable Order Management in Developer Instance

Hi Guys,

Using Washington/Xanadu developer instance. is it even possible to enable Order Management?
I cannot seem to find the plugins required to enable OM. I have tried clicking "sync now" still not showing.
Following the plugins from here:

or do you have a step-by-step guide on how to enable this in developer instance on the latest version?

I had the same thing with PDI. In many cases it would show up if I rechecked after some time (specifically a day).
