Fallout occurs in SOM FY24Q4 release

SOM (sales and order management) latest version (FY24Q4) adds many useful features.

We are testing this feature right away with SOMT(sales and order management for telecom), but we were experiencing a Product Order fallout in Bundle Product Offering.

-Fallout message
"The following order characteristics do not contain proper values"

I checked the characteristic of the order line item and found that a new characteristic had been added with a specification of (empty).

This specification of (empty) reflects the value of the customer input. On the other hand, the original specification also exists and its value is empty.

I think this specification (empty) is related to the fallout. If anyone has a similar situation and solved it, please let me know how to solve it.

Is there some plugin update missing?

We are using only the OOB functionality without any customization.

The list of plugins looks ok to me.

The Order Line Item Characteristics are consistent for me -

I appriciate your kind support.

I raised technical support ticket for resolving this issue.  

From this point forward, I will have a support engineer look at our instance and resolve the issue.
