Tracking traceability from Demand to Epic to Story in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) without over-customization is best achieved by leveraging Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality, specifically Demand Management and Agile Development 2.0 (or Enterprise Agile Planning) plugins
