Hi @MajaR

For my client projects, we use Demand Management to handle enhancement requests and new business requirements. End users submit their requests through a catalog item, providing the necessary details about the enhancement or functionality they need. Based on the information submitted, a demand record is automatically created and enters the screening process.

The demand then goes through multiple stages of evaluation involving key stakeholders such as the Demand Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, and Business Analyst. During this phase, the requirement is reviewed from both business and technical perspectives.

The Technical Architect performs a feasibility assessment to determine whether the requirement can be implemented within the platform, identifies any technical constraints, and provides high-level solution recommendations. The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders to refine and clarify the requirements, while the Demand Manager oversees the overall demand lifecycle and prioritization.

Once the demand receives the necessary approvals, it progresses through the demand process and is converted into delivery work items. User stories are then created and assigned to the development team for implementation, following the organization's delivery and governance processes.

? How is this a Gantt chart example?

Hi @MajaR

Years ago, for one of our client, after completing requirement gathering, we were required to provide a formal requirement sign-off document that also included an estimated delivery timeline.

To support this, we created a Gantt chart-based view to visually represent the project plan, dependencies, and timelines in a structured manner.

  • It gave Clear Visible Timeline user to Client which Provides a visual representation of start and end dates for each task or phase.
  • It helped to identify task dependencies and potential bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.
  • It made easier for business users and stakeholders to understand the overall delivery plan.
  • Help all stakeholder to track the progress by enabling monitoring of planned vs. actual progress in a simple visual format.
  • It provided a clear, documented view of scope and timelines, making approvals more structured and transparent

We made it something like this:
