How to create Expense Lines from Labor rates

Hi,

Some one help me how to take Expense Line amount from Labor Rates.

i am using OOB script, as per Labor rate card  my Hourly_rate is 58.2$, but here is taking 100$ as default. How to Fix this.

1.we are maintaining all Users of Rate Lines under Default RateModel Only

2.we are NOT selecting any Rate Model on project level , it is always be empty in all projects, so system has to take always Default RateModel.

for that we updated RMRate (Script Include), as per this, if RateModel field is empty in Project , it will consider Default RateModel

Hi ,

Please check the dates on the rate lines and on allocation request.

The allocation period should fall under the rate lines duration.

i created one Test Project 

i submitted time-card and approved it, still it is taking 100$,can you please help me why it is taking like that.

Hi Sironi,

I see your planned cost is coming fine now. 

Now your expense line has issues. (Actual Cost) .

If you click on your expense line, it will show you the details of the rates taken for expense line,

Click on EXP0028599, there are fields Rate Card and Rate Type. 

Check on this or paste the screenshot.
