How to give the pmo_read_role to user who is having the business_stakeholder role.

I have a requirement  to give the pmo_read_role to user who is having the business_stakeholder role. so that the user can view the PPM modules.

Are you looking for sn_ppm_read role? If yes, please go through the docs here. 

You need to have "Read only roles for Project Portfolio Suite with Financials (com.snc.pmo_read_roles)" plugin installed to see this role. If your instance is upgraded from earlier releases to New York, you should install this plugin manually.
