How to make VIP logo visible in Agent workspace

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement where the VIP logo for the VIP impacted users should be visible in the "agent workspace", In the incident form i am able to see the "VIP" log as per the image .

But when i tried opening  the same incident in the "agent workspace" the VIP logo isn't there.

How to achieve this?

Hi @phr,

Field styles are not supported on the workspace form view so  create a background color field style for the Caller field.
