Idea portal up vote and down vote is not working as expected.

In idea portal (homepage view) users are able to up vote or down vote the ideas, but when user opens an idea and try to upvote or down vote it is not working as expected, please refer to the image.

please help us to identify the issue here.

I understand what you mean by this, I am experiencing the same thing. The up/down vote buttons are visible, but not active and clickable!

Please ensure that you are not attempting this with an idea you have submitted yourself. For own ideas, the buttons are visible but not clickable.

Thank you for this. I feel silly, but I was trying to solve this issue and that's what it was. If I impersonate somebody else, it works as expected. Thank you!! Saved me a lot of trouble.
