Idea portal up vote and down vote is not working as expected.

In idea portal (homepage view) users are able to up vote or down vote the ideas, but when user opens an idea and try to upvote or down vote it is not working as expected, please refer to the image.

please help us to identify the issue here.

Hi @Namita Mishra @Sumanth16 Thank you for the information, and the above article. 

seems my issue and issue referenced in the article both are different, anyway it is an issue with  oob widget support team has acknowledged under PRB investigation is underway.
