In out of box,

When exporting a project plan from ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM), the export typically includes the project's tasks, timelines, and other relevant data in a structured format like Microsoft Project XML or Excel. However, the export does not usually include the attachments associated with the tasks.

If you want to access the attachments related to specific tasks, you will need to download them separately from the individual task records in ServiceNow. It is worth mentioning that the export may include the reference to the attachment (such as the attachment's sys_id or a URL) but not the actual attachment files.

If you found my response helpful or applicable, please consider marking it as correct or helpful to assist others who may be seeking the same information.
