Milestones in SPW

Can anyone speak to Milestones in SPW with a type of "deadline".  These seem to be appearing on roadmaps without any type of creation in SPW.  When a Key Milestone is created of 0 duration those show up as Key Milestones but where are these deadlines coming from?

 

Secondly, what role is required to delete a milestone.  I would think sn_milestones.milestone_editor but we have granted the role and still no ability.  So far it seems only a full admin can delete them.

 

Appreciate any feedback.

Project tasks can be milestones or key milestones (it's a checkbox on the form).

Can be setup throughout the Projects.

These show up in reports and dashboards.

Thanks, Ravi54.  I am aware of that functionality.  These are not marked as milestones or key milestones.  They are 1 day duration and they are labeled as "deadlines" in SPW.
