New assessment metric question not displayed in the assessment survey form

I created a new assessment metric for Risk category but It does not displayed in the assessment survey questions( see screenshots). Can you help me on this please !

Hi @Farfara you must be opening an existing assessment survey. Please try to create a new Demand, trigger assessments and then you should be able to see.

I have provided the video confirming that the steps taken by you are correct.

Agree with @Dhiren Aghera because if assessment is already sent then the newly added question won't appear.

However, one workaround could be - reset the demand to draft. This will cancel all the previously sent assessments. This means re-submit the demand and then start the screening. If this works ....
