PDI Access Issue: Dev Site login works, but "Start Building" takes me to a 2nd Admin login page

I am using the Vancouver PDI to demo the PPM "Project Portfolio Management" plugins & am running in to the following login issue:
 
I'm able to successfully log into the Developer site (https://developer.servicenow.com/) - the system recognizes that I am signed in, but when I click "Start Building" it takes me to a second sign in page (see attached screen shot). Typically when I click "Start Building" it takes me directly to my instance - I've been using this instance for over a month now & it's never taken me to this second sign in page. I tried logging in with my Dev credentials (the only credentials I've ever had or needed to access my instance) & no luck. So then I tried resetting my password - the system said an email/SMS was sent, but I have not received anything.  
 
Does anyone have any thoughts / guidance on what could be happening here? Would be greatly appreciated!

I went into "Manage Instance Password" > clicked "reset instance password" > then logged back in & that did the trick (see screen shot for reference).

Hi @bgrindele ,

 

This is not normal behaviour, hence I would suggest you below:

 

1. Try to log in as normal - doesn't it still work?

2. Go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and press "Manage instance Password"

3. If above doesn't work, I would suggest you to "reset and wipe instance".
