Hey guys! We have a quick question.... We originally had 2 super high level Portfolios, but recently our management asked we create more granular portfolios (HR, IT, etc...).... when we go to Scenario Planning, it appears the resource groups (Desktop Support, etc...) % Capacity tiles are not aligning (June 2024 under HR portfolio for Desktop Support may say 49%, but June 2024 under IT Portfolio for Desktop Support it may say 60%... are these different by each portfolio? Meaning, even though the group has projects across multiple portfolios, it won't take that into consideration when looking at Scenario Planning?

Hi @goldenjc97 ,
Hopefully you have found the answer by now.
If yes, please post the learnings to help others.
In case, you are still stuck, share the screenshots of what you are getting including the group details. This will help in understanding the scenario.
Thank You!

@Namita Mishra - I figured it out.
For others, you must change the 'Planning Scope' from single selected portfolio to 'All Portfolios'
This will force scenario planning to 'All Portfolios' and your resource tiles will be a combination of all.
You can find yours at this list.

Hi @goldenjc97 , I think I faced a similar use case in my experience with Work4flow. Give the below steps a try:
Review current configuration settings in Scenario Planning.
Explore options for aggregating capacity data across portfolios.
Create combined capacity reports for better visibility.
Communicate with stakeholders about the separate calculations for each portfolio.
Adjust planning processes if necessary to consider overall resource capacity.
Let me know if it doesn't work. I'll be happy to assist.
