View Risks, Issues, and Decisions in Native View

Other than creating a database view, is there a way to view Risks, Issues, and Decisions for a project in the Native View?

1. Report to show all project risks, issues, decisions actions 

2. Project Workspace 

With other key feature, a key feature is "An improved RIDAC experience provides a single view to manage all risks, issues, decisions, actions, and request changes in a project. Create, edit, convert, and associate RIDAC records in an easy-to-use editable grid."
