why Actual Cost and Actual hours are not calculating from Time card in ResourcePlan

Actual Cost and Actual hours are not calculating from Time card   in Resource Plan.

is the Time Card Resource Plan field populated?

in Real time when time card is created , Time card hours are added into Actual Hours filed,     and

                                                                                                                                Resourcepaln amount are added into Actual cost

but here it is not effecting , please help me what I do here

Actual Cost

[Read-only] Based on the same time cards used for the Actual Hours, the actual cost is calculated using the cost of each user and the hours the user worked. Used to inform resource requesters and resource managers of actual costs based on the actual hours that user resources added on their time cards.
