Hello all, looking for some advice on the Portfolio Planning Workbench.
When displaying information for all portfolios, and after setting the Top Portfolio/Program in the project table and confirming the demand is aligned a portfolio/program, there are certain records that are not displaying in the Portfolio Planning Workbench. Thank you to the other thread re: the program workbench (https://www.servicenow.com/community/spm-forum/why-are-only-select-projects-displaying-in-program-wo...).
Can anyone please advise how the workbench default filters are set beyond what is displayed in the popup?
Are there specific fields that should be filled in SPM PPM demand or project records in order to have the records display in this workbench?

Per review with our admin implementation partner, some criteria helped us to resolve our visibility concern as a non-issue:
- Demands/projects must have a resource plan and/or cost plan
- Demands/projects must be within the FY timeframe selected in the workbench
