Greetings! I have a question I'm hoping the community can help me with: When using the Program Workbench feature, only a few select projects are shown under the Timeline View tab, but based on the ServiceNow product documentation, all of the projects that are allocated to the program should display.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, can you share your insights? Thanks in advance!

This issue is now resolved.
For reference, what caused the projects to now show up in the Timeline View is even though their Program and Portfolio fields were set properly, their Top Program and Top Portfolio fields were not set (these fields were hidden by default and only found after searching by our platform admin).
To address this, we recreated the Project Template, and added in the Top Program and Top Portfolio fields to the criteria fields, and the projects now appear as expected.
Thank you all for taking the time to read and respond!

Hi Vince,
Seems like you are forgotten to change "FY" drop down present on Program workbench. All Project should be shown under Timeline stating you are changing the FY according to projects start and end date.
Let me explain more so that you can understand easily.
i have one program with 3 project as shown in below image:
You can see that 2 project comes in FY16 and 1 project in FY17. If I go to program workbench(click on program workbench related link).
For FY16, 2 projects are visible.
For FY17 , 1 project is visible.
Hope this answers your query.
Regards,
Govind Sharma

Govind,
Thank you very much for your reply!
I did consider that the relevant year may not have been selected. However, even when I select the appropriate FY, the project does not show up. For example, the project will show up in the Project KPI list, just not the TimeLine View.
Any ideas?

Hi Govind,
I am experiencing a similar issue in the Timeline view of the Program Workbench. I have a Program with 2 Projects but just one of them displays. Using your response I clicked on the FY drop down on the top right and changed the value from <blank> to the only possible option --> FY20. The problem persists and I believe I would need to pick FY19 to see the other project. However, cannot see any additional options in the drop down. Do you know where these values are configured?
Thanks in advance,
Claudia G-Durkin
