Hi @akankshak15
You can use flow designer to close and then use Notification action to send the email,. flow designer is low code and easy and quick.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @akankshak15 ,
You can follow below steps.
- Create one closer notification to send when request got closed.
- Create a Flow and build the condition like
- If Option is A
- Close the RITM and Request (Use Update Record activity)
- Send Notification which you had created in step 1.
- If Option is B
- Use update record activity and update the assignment group.
- If Option is A
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you found my response helpful, please consider selecting "Accept as Solution" and marking it as "Helpful." This not only supports me but also benefits the community.
