Hi All,
In my instance I have multiple duplicate KB articles with same number. This happened because the current version was checked out and then published and hence two copies were created with same number.
Now I have to:
1. Identify all duplicate knowledge articles
2. Change status to 'retire' of the older versions.
Please help on this.

Hi @RaghavSh I am checking on it. I am new to the instance so looking into the customizations. But as of new, when new article is created the old is also in published state and appears in searches.

Do you have Knowledge management advanced (com.snc.knowledge_advanced) plugin in your instance.
Also can you share a screenshot of multiple versions being in published state.
