When installing or changing tables and plugins, some users need to clear the browser's cache for the change to appear. Any definitive solution for this?

Hi, some platform changes may require a cache flush (on completion)
Normally for plugins I think this is triggered by the platform as part of the install\update process,
you can manually trigger with /cache.do built this can result in degraded performance for users as the cache is rebuild.
But I can't recall experiencing an issue where users were required to clear their browser cache,
perhaps the issue is local (user) browser configuration and\or plugins?

I had problems both in plugins, but also in updating forms, UI polices, Client Script in several users.

I would normally expect form updates\client scripts etc to be updated next time the form is visited\reloaded. Can you reproduce this issue yourself in multiple different browser types?
