Community Account Transfer to Personal Account

Hi Team,

Is there any possible way to move all my community ranks, questions posted, Solutions given to New ServiceNow ID account from current corporate account?

Go to Community Profile

 

click on

Then you can scroll down and change.

You want to move only community stuff or Now Learning?

 

For Now Learning

Log case and it take 3-5 days.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

For Now Learning have already raised a case, but I would like to know the process for Community stuff (ranks, posted questions, answered questions, helpful points) to be moved to personal community account.

That way basically you change the Email you use to login with,. along with that all of your progress will also move to personal account.
