I Just Created an Incident, But it is not showing in Service Operations Workspace. why?
I am currently doing labs in SNAF Lab 1.3.2 Work incident Using Service Operations Workspace.

- Open the incident record and verify:
- Assignment Group
- State
- Created By
- Table name
- Try searching for the incident using its number in the global search in SOW.
- If still not visible, check with your lab instructor or admin to confirm workspace filters.
