An incident was created by me, but it is not showing in Service Operations Workspace

I Just Created an Incident, But it is not showing in Service Operations Workspace. why?

 

I am currently doing labs in SNAF Lab 1.3.2 Work incident Using Service Operations Workspace.

  • Open the incident record and verify:
    • Assignment Group
    • State
    • Created By
    • Table name
  • Try searching for the incident using its number in the global search in SOW.
  • If still not visible, check with your lab instructor or admin to confirm workspace filters.
