Difference between CSA and CIS - Event Management

Could tell me, if there is a significant difference between the salary of one person with the CSA experience and another with CSA experience and in addition CIS - Event Management experience?

Hi there,

There's no way to answer such a question. It's not like you have CIS-EM so +250 euros gross salary a month?! Certs don't make up the salary. It's the country, your experience in general, your experience on certain topics, type of company, consultancy/internal/freelance, etc, etc, etc, etc.. Or also enough countries or companies that don't ask for certs at all 😁

It is complicated to measure this; what is most valued is the experience in ServiceNow and how much you have been able to work with CSM. That is where the difference lies. It also depends on the country you work in and how in-demand the position is. Some companies pay more, while others pay less.
