Error message for schedule report

Hi,

 

Running the Tokyo version of Snow, lately been getting notice from 1 user about their scheduled report not showing any data and displays an error message. I tried a fix I found here and seemed to work ok for a few months. Anyone having this issue? Can't seem to find a good source for a fix or even a reason to what may be causing it.

The problem is random and am thinking possibly it's some system bug?

Its SN or ServiceNow, not snow.
