How to change the text when hovering over instance icon

How do I change the below?

Found the spot to change the text directly below it... but no matter what I seem to change, this will not update.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

@Vasantharajan N - I've updated those properties...

glide.product.description has the expected result and changes the displayed text with any modification introduced.

glide.product.name - This does appear to be the correct property!  Thank you!  However, if I want a null value... it populates "ServiceNow"... any idea on stopping that behavior?  How do I populate a <null> value?
