first, set up an integration between ServiceNow and AD, then query AD for the sid using LDAP functions or REST APIs and store the sid in a user record or custom field within ServiceNow for synchronization.

Actually, getting AD sid like this, which is a problem.

@Mahmud Alam, can you please take a look at the below image, where I have shown the AD sid value currently being shown as but the question is does it look like this for all using AD?
