LogicMonitor Incident Management Integration issues

hi, does anyone have any experience with the logicmonitor Incident managment integration i have set it up following the documentation and alert does trigger a new ticket but. the the new tickets are empty with none of the HTTP delivery details like description or host name or any info on the alert. 

this is the documentation for the integration ServiceNow (Incident Management) Integration | LogicMonitor would be great to hear if anyone else has it implemented or run into similar issues.

after additional testing it looks like this is as intended because there is no AlertID from logic monitor their is no detail in the ticket at all. if i trigger it by modifying a threshold on the device the incident is created with details from the payload. hopefully this info is helpful to anyone else who may be setting this up.

Hi can you please share any document or explain process steps that we need to do in servicenow end once alert is received from the logicmonitor to servicenow instance.
