Hi @mohammedsye,

First of all, that happens, you will pass it the next time!

Then, I believe it's related to the cut score, read this Certification exam scoring and Obtain Your Exam Results - Mainline Certifications

Especially this part:

Let me know if that answered your question

Hi Glide father,

Thank you for your time and detailed information. Appreciate it.  Thank you for the encouragement as well ❤️‍🩹

Thanks for your kind words, @mohammedsye!

PS: don't worry I passed my CIS ITSM on third attempt as well 😄 and now I barely recall it... :))) good luck on the retake

Hi @mohammedsye

Unfortunately, when assessing your result based on how the sections of the exam are weighted (as per the exam blueprint), your actual (weighted) score was around 62%:

The good news is that if you focus your revision on the two sections you didn't do so well in:

  • Configuring Applications for Collaboration
  • Self Service & Automation
  • Database Management and Platform Security

... I'm sure you'll have no problem passing next time!
